Mea is a seasoned business development professional with specializations in creating global ventures and events which support social and economic benefits, such as humanitarian aid; workforce development programs; small business development initiatives, and college scholarship programs in the U.S., Europe and Asia. A subject matter expert and accomplished public speaker at over 50 events worldwide, Mea has spoken on topics including business development, cross-cultural management, social entrepreneurship, community outreach & youth development.

In 2016, Civil Rights Activist Rev. Jesse Jackson honored Mea at Rainbow Push Coalition’s 45th annual international conference. She was awarded the “Outstanding Achievement Award” for the humanitarian work she’s done across the world, especially her recent partnership with the United Nations Refugee Agency where she planned a benefit fundraiser to help house Syrian refugees. Other achievements she is particularly proud of include her selection in Hello Beautiful + HBCU Buzz Top 30 Under 30, the Gambit newspaper Top 40 Under 40 in New Orleans, and the launch of her company, Global Management and Marketing LLC.
